Access violation error

Flash FXP Version: 1.4.3 (build 835)
OS: Windows 2000 Proffessional

This error seems just to appear randomly, there is no specific thing i do that causes it.

error:

Access violation at address 0043474C in module 'FlashFXP.exe'. Read of address 00098053
An internal error has occurred.


I am a registered user of FlashFXP but my ID doesnt seem to be in the Help->About box, maybe its not in my version!

Please upgrade to v2.0 rc2 and let us know if the problem persists. your flashfxp id will also be viewable in this version

Ok. Is that version not available through the updater? I checked for a new version and was told i had the most recent!

yes, beta updates are not available for final releases.
you can download v2.0 from http://www.flashfxp.com/rc.php
make sure to run liveupdate after that
