* Running behind NAT/router [X] Yes & Model [Thomson SpeedTouch 510v4 & USrobotics 8054]
* Running firewall [X] Yes, Name [above + windows xp firewall], Ver. [ ], or [ ] No
* Running Antivirus [ ] Yes, Name [ ] or [X] No not yet :)
* Network [X] xDSL, [ ] CABLE, [ ] Dail-Up, [ ] Other
When i sometimes start downloading a file, the speed goes to +- 50 KB/s then to return to 0,0...0,1 KB/s when only between 45KB and 150KB is downloaded....
i've got this problem on several servers and most of the time on the same files (when on the same server).
it's exactly like the post made in 2002
