there are some little bgs in the panal on the left
not all features are avalible with some pages..to msg board is one

This is a design issue that the webmaster has not been able to overcome.

The message board section is designed differently then the rest of the web site, the message board appears inside of a frame and because of that the pop out menu appears under the frame.

If anyone knows of a solution we would love to hear from you.
