Hello Guys:

I recently ordered an electronic license for FlashFXP but I've yet to receive my registration information. I sent 2 emails already to support@inicom.net (one via your contact form and one via outlook). I have yet to receive any information regarding my issue.

I read through the forums and people recommended that I do what I did above... but that doesn't seem to work well. Can anyone provide any other help with this issue?

Just to make sure we received your email, please PM me with your order information/email. Email is generally replied to within 24 hours, if not much sooner. I will personally look into this for you.

I have exactly the same problem.
I paid a few days ago and have had nothing from you folk at all.
Its meant to be part of a christmas present!
So times running out - Ive done my part - Please do yours!

I have resent your key to your "sales" email. I have also combined your vbb and portal accounts so you can access your key simply by going to portal.inicom.net and logging with the same username/password.

If sending the key to a webmail addy...make sure u check your "junkmail" or whatever folder. I've found that especially msn.com & hotmail.com kinda put whatever they want there and leave junk in your inbox. Just a thought. It's happened to me before.

You should have received your key. Just in case you didn't, I have sent your key again to your email address. You can also login to your account to retrieve your key from the customer portal at http://portal.inicom.net.

I am closing this thread. If you need similar help, please start a new thread.
