An option to allow each site have its own ident option...
so i can open 3-4 flashfxp windows and not go to options to change the ident for each ftp i am conencting to.

This is not possible and very unreliable when using multiple copies of FlashFXP. I suggest you look for a 3rd party ident server that meets your needs.
