Hello, still having another problem, i can't send from my local ioftpd to another ioftp, i'm running the last iobanana, last ioa, and ioftpd the last one non beta.
I'm running it with SSL ... i can send local data, but from my ioftpd to the other one no way, i've try without any firewall ( DMZ on ).

Thanks.

At the current time ioFTPD can't initiate an SSL transfer. It supports SSL during logon, listing and during transfer but the other side must initiate the SSL transfer.
So if both sides are ioFTPD you need to make sure transfers are not SSL.

I had the same problem with the scoonydeus but know I know the reason.
-but-
I have another strange problem with FXP.
I have to ioFTPD sites.
In the first site I have a leech account with FXP privilleges, in the second site where I'm the owner I have created an "upload" folder with CHMOD 777 attributes.

I logon to the 1st site with the leech account and I also logon to the 2nd site with a Master Account. I'm starting to FXP stuff and all works fine.
But when I logon to the 2nd site with one of my clients account (the account is of LEVEL 3) all of a sudden I can't upload anything.
This happen only with FXP, cause in this upload folder all user with level 3 are able to upload things (but not to FXP).

So my question is how can i give them rights to be able to FXP...
Is it allowed for level 3 accounts to FXP ?

Unless the user as the flag F if they can download they should be able to also fxp download.
As mentioned above make sure you're not trying to ssl encrypt your transfer, that wont work io - io.

there is no ssl encryption for site 2 site transfer in my flashfxp.
as i told you when i'm fxping with a MASTER account there is no problem -
the problem is with the level 3 user accounts...

Well, ssl fxp is set on a site by site basis so telling me it works 1 way dont mean much ;)
Make sure you're checvking the settings for both sites
