Assuming that you are using ioA 1.1.3, your newdate section is wrongly configured.

Code:

Format: "<area>|<description>|<physical path>|<vfs path>|<todaylink>|<uid>|<gid>|<offset of day>|<log or not>|<mode>"

Who do you have 2 'Newdate_Log' lines ?
And what is this 'Area' line ?
