Add the following line to the flashfxp.ini under the [main] section, like below.

[main]
DebugTag=1

By setting this variable status messages will be prefixed 1 or 2, to determine the side in which the command originated, this is very handy when reviewing log files where text coloring is not possible.

Sample

[14:51:23] (2) Connecting to cdrom.com
[14:51:26] (2) Connected to ftp.cdrom.com Port 21
[14:51:28] (2) 220 wcarchive.cdrom.com FTP server (Version DG-4.1.73 983302105) ready.
[14:51:28] (2) USER anonymous
[14:51:28] (2) 331 Guest login ok, send your email address as password.
[14:51:28] (2) PASS (hidden)
