It looks like ioBanana isn't called at all or that you have disabled some announces.

Check your ioFTPD.log.
If there isn't any line coming from ioBanana, then check your ioFTPD.ini and read the readme.
If there are lines coming from ioBanana, then check your ioBanana.tcl and the 'set disable(...)' lines. Use 1 for disabled announces and 0 for enabled ones.
