When do u consider a release was downloaded by 1 user ?
when all files from the dir were downloaded ? when only 1 file was downloaded ? etc.
A simple script that write username/rls name in a little .txt file + a little .itcl that would read it and count for each rls, and so on. Pretty simple to do.
Funneh thing is, such a script would slow down site since it would need to run on each RETR.
