Don't really know if this is a bug or not (using 5.1.15 btw) but lets say i have a user with the L flag and i have limited this users do be able to log on 2 times with the same account (LIMITS 0 0 0 2 0). But since this user has got the L flag he can log on as many times he wants.. isn't the L flag only suppost to make the user available to log in if the site would have been full, but as in this case max 2 times?
