- ioFTPD.ini, under [Threads]

add:
Worker_Fibers = 2-5x # (x = # of Worker_Threads)

delete:
Message_Threads = ...

- ioftpd.env
add:
SYSTEMPATH=%[$path]
VIRTUALPATH=%[$pwd]
