1. Replace ioFTPD.exe

2. Open ioFTPD.ini and replace:
Worker_Thread_Min = 10 # Minimum amount of worker threads
Worker_Thread_Max = 10 # Maximum amount

with:
Worker_Thread_Count = 10 # Number of worker threads
