Default df.exe error

I get an error when calling df.exe for free space.

it produces a file called tmp.txt:

I'm running XP sp1, ioftpd 4.5.4, and dzsBot v0.0.82 along with ioA v0.7.0 and zipscript-c. Any suggestions?
