Report bugs found from beta 3.6.0 here.

Known issues:
1. 0.0.0.0 does not work as HOST address for FTP, if SDEVICES have not been specified. (SDEVICES may not have 0.0.0.0 either) *FIXED*
2. "PORT" command does not go through devices as it should, instead it binds always to default device. *FIXED*
