Flashfxp is "responsible" for sending IP to ftp. however that traffic is passing thru your NAT Router/Windows, which is too dumb to know about FXP transfers so it's "fixing" PORT command to be your own.
there is nothing bigstar can do about it...your NAT Router is rewriting data packets. it's beyond FlashFXP's control.
