don't look at transfer speed results from 2 different clients since they measure speed slightly differently.
rather you should look at what your SERVER is reporting, since both times it'll be counting exactly the same way.

was this transfer done over the internet or local network?
did you eliminate possible traffic congestions during either of the tests?
