Well, I think it would be a good feature and NOT only to make pub mazes (as you say it).
I work on websites a lot and I have a certain way I want to set up directories on a webserver. If I could save the default directory tree, that would save me a lot of time.
BTW. FlashFXP didn't go this big because it is SOOO easy to upload files to your webserver...
