maybe your winsock files are corrupt. either by spyware or virus or somehow else..

Yeah i know that.

I have running this build of flashfxp
2.0.906.

( I have tried some older build too, same with all)
and windows xp.

I have tried to replace the winsock.dll
I have installed service pack 1 again.
I have tried to reinstall intenet explorer 6.01
I have tried to reintall netscape 7.0

Same error.

I could reinstall xp again, but it is so annonying since you can
only install of change something 3-4 times. Then you have to
call microsoft to get a new serial.
Last time i did I have to call 3 times(got 2 bad serials from the
on nice lady on the phone).

And i have to run xp since some hardware are in direct conflict
with windows 2000(98+95 +me are no option at all).

Last error message i got was this:

An internal error has occurred.
10038:Socket operation on non-socket
Connection failed
I guess i have to reinstall again, since there are VERY few
answers to get on this anywhere.

I did find this on ms:

10038:
An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket. Either the socket handle parameter did not reference a valid socket, or for select, a member of an fd_set was not valid.

10107 A system call that should never fail has failed

Thanks for trying to help me.
