Default Cannot do site-to-site transers

Changed ISP a couple of weeks ago, and since then ive been unable to do site-to-site transfers.
The new modem i got, also includes a router, and im 100% sure the problem lays in that.

The router is a Netopia v4542.
It is impossible to turn off DMZ in it, so i need to know exactly what ports to open/forward.

Im running WinXP if that matters in any way.

The fxp always stalls on this:

250 Directory changed to /dir
PWD
257 "/dir" is current directory.
TYPE A
200 Type set to A.
PASV
227 Entering Passive Mode (xxx,xxx,xx,xxx,13,123)
LIST
150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for /bin/ls.
226 Transfer complete.
TYPE I
200 Type set to I.
TYPE I
200 Type set to I.
PASV
227 Entering Passive Mode (xxx,xxx,xx,xxx,13,124)
PORT xxx,xxx,xx,xxx,13,124

And yes, ive tried to toggle with passive mode on/off, this sites uses NAT, and tried different FXP methods. Always stalls on PORT ...

Anyone have any idea what to change in the router/FlashFXP, or have any experience with Netopia routers?
