* upload a file
* right after the transfer finishes but before flashfxp refreshes remote dir, click on another dir in dir tree
* now flashfxp refreshes remote dir, but the dir listing shown is that of the 2nd dir, not the original one.

black: uploading a file
blue: upload done, flashfxp prepares to receive dir list
red: i click on another dir in tree
green: flashfxp gets dir list, but it's of the 2nd dir, not the 1st
