Yes it's possible but this is not officially supported because many FTP servers require the same IP for the control connection and DATA connection.
To skip the proxy on the DATA channel, in the proxy profile dialog prefix the host address with a
@ so if the address is
1.2.3.4 you'd set it as
@1.2.3.4
