There is quite a bit of information you dont provide, like does it happen with every Flashfxp version, what version you using and have you tried when fpr e.g. using notepad++
In either case upgrade to very latest version which of writing is 4.4.1 build 2009 and read

It may very well be obvious to others but without more pertinent info it may be more difficult to provide the right solution.
