Live update is working fine.
Its just that we aren't pushing v4.3 stable out via live update just yet... (unless you're checking for beta updates)
I posted 4.3 stable a couple hours ago on the website, now typically I release to live update first but at the last minute I realized that I didn't give translators enough time to translate the new strings and with only 5 of the 20 language translations 100% complete the live update release was put on hold.
