Try changing the List Command from MLSD to LIST
Site Manager > Select site > Options Tab
Click the Apply button and try again.
Do you by chance know what application was used to upload the files to the FTP server?
Are you sure you tested using a character encoding of ANSI? Are you trying to re-use an existing queue file or did you re-queue the files? You will need to re-queue the files, if you didn't.
