used windows 7 32 bit with FlashFXP 4.1.3 Build 1658, download works fine with full speed but on upload dont get more than 50-100 mbit.

Tested also some other FTP Program and works also fine to upload. Seems like FlashFXP have some troubles also tried to downgrade to older version but same results.

You you are accounting you max speed on upload with the HDD bottlenecks? Since your on a local network, you max speed is only as fast as the HDD/SSD allows, for a true test of how fast your network operates you want to create ramdisks and test like that, but real world is a fact that if your HDD/SSD is not fast enough you just wont get the speeds you are expecting. whatever that is...

on that note what speeds are you expecting and what HDD are you reading data from and writing data to, the specs would tell you exactly what max speeds to expect minus network latency.

btw you video cant download it via firefox or increase video window size so cannot tell what's is going on at all.

also have no details on what buffer size your using on either program...
