Which version/build of FlashFXP are you using? There's a possible issue with 3.6 where the displayed speed isn't correct, you need to take a look at the final speed once the transfer has completed to determine if there is in fact a speed calculation issue. You might also use an external network graphing app such as ras graph & stats
