Your FTP server (LLLLL.com on Dreamhost) doesn't allow FXP (Server to Server) Transfers.

Sometimes you can get around this by enabling Alternative FXP on the (LLLLL.com on Dreamhost) FTP Server, This option is located in the Site Manager.
