i have e-mailed customer support yet i still have had no reply i purchased a electronic licence yesterday payed for via paypal my paypal address is not the same as my email address yet when i go to the site it says qued and no payment recived can anyone help as i don't seem to be getting anywhere i am in the uk so phone call is out of the question
