That was our goal, however the new icon didn't live up to our standards. We will continue to work on this until we have new icon.
If anyone is interested in making a replacement icon, I'll be more than happy to consider it for future releases.
The icon must be: 16x16 (16 & 256 color) and 32x32 (16 & 256 color)
