I've been noticing that often my bot gets disconnected from the ftp and then returns "invalid area" for !free, and for all of the other functions regarding user information (!quota, !speed, !bw). It returns 0 or not on site. I'm wondering if there could be anything I'm overlooking, the bot is configured fine to the best of my knowledge, and it can connect to the site fine, it just is disconnected often and takes a while (20min aprox) to get back on before the commands work again..

Any thoughts anyone? all help is appreciated.
