Need Help {n00b}

Hey,
Im new to ioftpd, but it seems to be a good ftp server..
I tried to follow the documentation on the site to get it running, and i even tried it in my native language. But when i start it up, and try to connect to it with FlashFXP, it doesnt gets any further then this:

[R] Connecting to ***.***.***.*** -> IP=***.***.***.*** PORT=4444
[R] Connected to ***.***.***.***
[R] Connection failed (Connection lost)
[R] Delaying for 31 seconds before reconnect attempt #1
[R] Retry attempt Aborted

Anyone who can tell me what ive done wrong, or what i need to fix?

maybe you didn't edit your host.rules in \etc\ . There you have to change the default policy.

#POLICY DENY
POLICY ACCEPT 2

I did put everything on accept there, just to be on the sure side...

just to be sure, are you sure ioFTPd.exe process is running after you execute it?

Yes, when i press alt-ctrl-del i can see it running at processes

take a look into the log files
