Ask for username when logging in with a browser.

When i log onto my iotpd server (without a anonymous user) in a browser with just the ftp://host command, it rejects it correctly.
But i want it to ask for a username when a anonymous login is attempted. Most other ftp servers i know do this but cant seem to get it done with ioftpd.

site adduser anonymous some_random_password *@*

IE wants to be able to send the password before it gets a 530 to show the login dialog.
If you don't have an 'anonymous' user, IE won't be able to send the PASS command, and won't show the login dialog.
