Default voIP + ioFTPD = how?

god damn i have been trying for days to figure this out, i recently got a voIP service provider and my ftp stopped working, i have messed with the host and bind settings for so long now, i must be doing something wrong, any help will be appreciated.

this was the working setup:
internet --> modem --ethernet_cable--> computer.

this is my non working setup:
internet --> modem --ethernet_cable--> voIP module --ethernet_cable--> computer

i will also include my network info since most of it is internal

Code:
Ethernet adapter INTERNET:

        Connection-specific DNS Suffix  . :
        Dhcp Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : Yes
        Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes
        IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.102.100

my external ip is xx.xx.xx.xx

please help me or point me in the right direction, i have already tried my voIP service providers help, it didn't do much. my voIP module has port forwarding capabilities as well as some others, please let me know if you need more info.
