Default Can credits and speed limit only works in specific dir?
For example:

/home/incoming/
/home/pub/

*/pub/ is a virtual dir links to incoming.

I want to let user who have credits download files from /incoming/ without speedlimit, and user who have no credits download files from pub with speedlimit.

What should I do? THX for help~
