Default Speed problems when using bind

Here is my config.

[Any]
Bind = 192.168.0.3
Host = *****.dyndns.org
Ports = ****-****
Random = True
;Global_Inbound_Bandwidth = 0
;Global_Outbound_Bandwidth = 0
;Client_Inbound_Bandwidth = 0 [*registered version*]
;Client_Outbound_Bandwidth = 0 [*registered version*]

When I use this the transferspeed "LAN" goes down to around 250kb/s.
But when i remove Bind and change Host to 0.0.0.0 i get around 8mb/s.
And this speed slowdown does not affect a group calle siteop but all the other groups.

I know I could change the Host to 0.0.0.0 but then some connections from my friends won't work.

Could anyone solve this mistery ?

Because when you use bind, all connections go through your cable/dsl modem (i guess it's one of those to get ~250kbps).
When you don't use bind, all connections go through the lan bypassing the modem.

Search the board, this topic has come up lots of times.
The simple answer is to setup 2 services, one that binds to public ip and one that binds to internal ip, for your use.

Dunno if this helps anyone, but I just had the same problem (speed was 1mbit, max upload capacity of the modem/line) and fixed it by forcing data transfers to PORT mode (data connection type "use port" in CuteFTP / turn off "passive" toggle in FlashFXP)
