i`d like to know how i can get or find "server or url" for FlashFXP ??

FTP isn't like a regular P2P program, it's more like a browser, (Internet Explorer / Firefox / Opera) to oversimplify.

Your copy of FlashFXP should have come preloaded with some bookmarked entries, which you can access to clicking on the lightning bolt, or through the site manager.
