| Site and support issues
Hello,
I have emailed support and PMed an Admin on here. No response. This is how paying customers are treated?
Issue is this:
I purchased FlashFXP on January 2 via Paypal. Everything was working great on until the other day when I tried to update. I was told System Error. Your key was not found in the database. HUH?
I tried to login to the portal. "Sorry, that username was not found." HUH? again!
I emailed support.....tick tock, tick tock....No reply.
I found this thread Code: http://www.flashfxp.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13503 Okay, so I PMed Linkster. No Reply.
I had to create another account on here, but no licenses are showing.
I run a business, and this business relies on my continuing support of my customer's.
Please advise.
