Default Site and support issues

Hello,

I have emailed support and PMed an Admin on here. No response. This is how paying customers are treated?

Issue is this:

I purchased FlashFXP on January 2 via Paypal. Everything was working great on until the other day when I tried to update. I was told System Error. Your key was not found in the database. HUH?

I tried to login to the portal. "Sorry, that username was not found." HUH? again!

I emailed support.....tick tock, tick tock....No reply.

Okay, so I PMed Linkster. No Reply.

I had to create another account on here, but no licenses are showing.
I run a business, and this business relies on my continuing support of my customer's.
Please advise.

Due to the server crash we lost some user records and were not able to recover them, We're in the process of issuing everyone new keys. Continue to use your existing key until a new one is issued to you.

Your license key will function as normal, with the exception of LiveUpdate. You can always get the latest updates manually directly from our website.

Thank you for your response. I understand server issues as I run a few boxes myself. I will wait, but I am more upset that I was ignored by direct communication to support and others. Not cool.

At the moment I am the only one handling all support and it is very difficult for me, I'm having some very difficult personal issues and its making it next to impossible to get to everyone and I'm really sorry for that.

I am also having some personal issues myself. I fight daily with myself. I will pray for you. In time, I trust everything will work out. Sorry for the delay in responding to this, as I mentioned above, I am having some problems.
