the fix is :-
The "File permission is denied" message when registering FlashFXP means that your Windows user account can not create or modify the "license.key" file in the FlashFXP data folder due to file permissions. This is a common error we have encountered in Vista since releasing version 3.6.
To manually fix the problem, you will need to update the file permissions on the FlashFXP data folder to give your Windows user account Full Control. The error message should display the path FlashFXP is using for the data location or else you can use Help/About, Details tab to see the location. If you go to this location in Windows Explorer, open the Properties and then Security tab you can then add your account file permission to the folder and its contents.
