i can complete the checkout
i enter my personnal informations and when i click to submit the payment

sales issues should be directed towards our contact form for immediate and direct support. It's very difficult to answer these type of questions on our support forums.

There is currently a problem with our new credit card processor that improperly handles an AVS Globally Unavailable return message when checking cards. Even though it knows there was not an address to compare to returned, it attempts a compare and then fails the order because the comparison failed. For the moment, if you have this problem please try purchasing by payment through Paypal (can use the card there).

I also had this problem, but the service of bank told me "I have already paid the bill".
However, I didn't perchase successfully. What's wrong with it??

Even I received the same messageand my bank has sent me an SMS saying that USD 25 has been debited from my account. I haven't received any mail from flashFXP regarding receiving the payment but my bank has sent the SMS. So what does it mean? And what am I supposed to do?

Please don't reply to a post thats over a year old, start a new one. Simply saying you had the same error isn't very helpful. When this thread was originally posted we were using an entirely different payment processing company.

I understand that it can be annoying to buy something and then encounter unexpected delays, I will do everything I can to make it go as smooth as possible.

I spent the last 6 hours catching up with support emails, If you didn't get an email from me please let me know.

Looks like the issue hasn't been resolved because this is what I got
ERROR: error - Did not complete order
Long Message : This transaction cannot be processed
ERROR CODE : 10554
There was a problem with your address

I have given the same information to Support but there is no communication from them about
1) How long it take them to get back
2) A ticket number to track our queries
3) Any thing regarding my complaint
for the last two days.

The only response I got was from the forum. I am in a difficult situation because my card has been charged twice and a site which is not responding.

I am one of the people who provide support via our support contact form. If your not using this form for contact, you need to be because I'm not getting any support requests for this issue. So I'm really not sure where your calls for help are going but I'm not getting them.

My specialty is everything FlashFXP related, when it comes to specific issues with the website I need to relay these specific issues to our web developer.

I have JUST SENT another request in the support contact form link you have provided. Hope you receive it now and provide us with the license key because our bank has SMSed us that the money has been credited to iniCom

I got two two private messages you sent me but you quoted my text and didn't include a reply.

When you use the support contact form does it go through? Because I'm not getting any thing from you. I tested the contact form and it is working.

You need to give me the contact information of the account that you purchased from, without it I have no idea which transaction is yours. This must be done privately so please do not include it on this forum.

You can send me a private message or something.
