Key validation failed, invalid key entered What's wrong with me???!!

I have just registered the FLASHFXP.When I was registering the software,the server send me a MYSQL error message. I refreshed the window.Then I re-typed the Retail Key,but the window told me "Key validation failed, invalid key entered."
What should I do?

And...My account cannot do anything.When I was logged in the page,the forum noticed me:You may not post new threads

For more,I sent E-mail to support@flashfxp.com;support@inicom.net for twice,but there was no reply.

I was annoyed about the service.
Your mail told me "These key(s) may be used only once. After it is used to create a product registration key, it will no longer be valid. If you are still having problems entering your retail key please contact us at support@inicom.net."
I finished the registeration with paying the bill.But I can't find the reply for more than three days. Nobody can wait.
