Default Ordering FlashFXP failed?

Hi there,

Just tried to order FlashFXP, but without succes. At least, i'm not sure.
After i've entered all required information, I pressed the 'finish order' button. But nothing happened. Tried it a second time, but still the same problem.

Any suggestions?

Internet Explorer wasn't working properly with the order system. We fixed this problem around 4pm MST today, so please try ordering again. Thanks for your patience.

Thanks for answering!

But it seems like the ordering form still does not work properly in both in Firefox and IE. But now i have a different problem from the one i had yesterday.

After i've entered all my address and payment info and I go to the next page, which is labeled "Payment Details - Order not yet processed", it says:

Items Ordered
Item Subtotal: $0.00
Total: $0.00

Ship To Address
Name:
Address: , ,
Email:

The only thing it did remember are my creditcard details.
I don't hope I receive my order 10 times afterwards

When you hit the submit button please double check that the Items Ordered section above still has what you put into the cart. As part of the forum/portal bug mentioned in another thread in some cases the shopping cart empties unexpectedly.

If this isn't the case please let us know what browser and version you are using.

I'm using IE 7. But i also tried it on Firefox 2.0.0.11, without succes.

The bug that empties the shopping cart and keeps asking for the user to log back into the Portal should now be fixed. Please let us know if there are further issues.
