License Key Missing?

I purchased my copy of FlashFXP a year or two ago. However I'm temporarily unable to retreive my confirmation email which contains my license key information.

I am about to upgrade my PC and start fresh ... but I don't want to lose my FlashFXP registration in the process when I re-install. Is there a way I can obtain the key from FlashFXP I have installed now?

For whatever reason, the Customer Portal claims I have 0 FlashFXP licenses.

More than likely your registration key isn't on the same account as your forum login, roughly 2+ years ago these were two separate accounts.

Using the Contact form send a message to support that includes your Serial Number (This can be obtained from within FlashFXP, Help > About), also include your full name, and any possible email address, mailing address, etc necessary to confirm your identity. Once we have this information we can look up your registration key for you.
