Default Cannot login Customer Portal :(

Whenever I login by clicking "Customer Portal" on iniCom website, I see "Session invalid. You must re-login." message on the top.
While it does show "User Profile" correctly, I do not have any access to anywhere.
Whatever I try to do, it tells me to login, and when I do I see the same message "Session invalid. You must re-login."
I did change different "Privacy" Settings in IE6, but no luck accessing the Customer Portal.
Is it just me or is there anyone experiencing the same problem?
If anyone has any information how to resolve this issue, please share your knowledge.
Thank you.

This problem has been reported by a couple ppl already, with no cause being identified.
This is very probably related to cookies. Maybe you can try another browser (Firefox) or computer.

Also, support@inicom.net should be able to help you more.

Note: Your vBB profile indicates you're not registered. Please contact support to have your vBB and portal users merged.

Default To fix this issue

There is a bug currently in the Customer Portal that will not allow accounts to login that do not have a Proper Name set. Old ioFTPD and forum accounts frequently do not have this field set so are getting this error. To get your account fixed please use the website "contact us" form to send an email to support, including your username and email address and also the name you want attached to your account.

Please check that you have cookies enabled before contacting support as not having them enabled will give the same error message.
