my ioFTPD stop accepting connections.
I has worked splendid for a month and last night I changed the ioFTPD.ini for so that I only allow 2 users instead of 5. and it worked. a little bit later on that evening I closed the server completly and when I started it again it wont accept any connection not even with MASTER account. I have tried reseting the user & group files but the same.
Any suggestions? | unless someone has seen this problem before, it will be hard to figure out exactly what is going wrong based on your description. have you tried brining the user count back up to five? did you restart the server when you went from 5 to 2 users?
i would suggest unwinding any changes you made, restarting each time, and seeing if you can figure out what caused it to happpen. keep in mind that it might not be ioftpd, but could be a firewall setting or other software interfering with ioftpd.
