All ioFTPD Registered users (those who paid for ioFTPD) should be able to download ioFTPD from this URL:
https://secure.inicom.net/portal/?action=download&f=11
(if it asks you to login, use your vBB username & password).
If you can't download it, it means that your vBB account hasn't been properly merged with your Customer Portal account.
To fix this, you need to either:
1) email
support@inicom.net
or
2)
send me a vBB pm; I might not be able to help everyone, in which case I'll forward your request to support.
Your message should contain:
1) Your vBB username;
2) Your current email address;
3) (Facultative) Your (old) portal username, if different from your vBB username. If it still works to login the Customer Portal, send it;
4) The email address(es) you used to purchase ioFTPD. Check your Paypal Account: My Account > Profile > Email. If you still have the confirmation email(s) from Paypal, the headers that contain the To: and Date: fields would help. I found mine in Gmail by searching for "paypal
darkone@ioftpd.com".
