the same thing happens when i trye to download a script of any kind. it wants me to log in again and again and again.

and now, i get a message sayinh i've been banned for 24 hours.

is the system having a hangover or what?

I'm afraid my first answer wasn't clear enough. I said that your accounts aren't linked yet because we can't see that you are a foundation member in your status. I have no way to check if you really are one or not.. I'm only assuming you told the truth. I wanted you to notice that so you can fix (or get it fixed) shortly.

This has absolutely nothing to do with you being unable to login to the customer portal. As I said, make sure you allow cookies and javascript. Also make sure your username and password are correct.

I am not working for inicom. There are a few members of their support team who read these forums but the preferred way to contact them is by e-mail: support@inicom.net. If you're still unable to login once you've checked the things I've mentionned, mail them.

PS: The problem you describe really looks like a cookie problem on your side.

Also make sure any firewall / AV / adware tools you have with privacy settings aren't blocking session cookies.
