Talking New network up, please dont forget us

He guys it looks like it is getting started. But I saw you apparently need all the scripts for io upped again. Dont forget us scripts Give us a link to put our new scripts in and update. (And as a hint, dont overwrite old scripts with the same name, I constantly have to rename my zips to blah.1.2.0.1.zip etc lotsa work). Just a suggestion..

You may update your scripts by logging into the customer portal. Please let me know if you have further questions.

We did log in to customer portal but where do we add scripts in there? Whats the link called?
We couldn't find any link there when we tried.

FTPServerTools, it looks like your accounts need to be manually linked, but can you please verify your name/address via PM before I do? War, you are all fixed up.

May I be added to necessary group to post ioFTPD scripts as well?

Edit: Also, if it's not to much trouble, could I have my account renamed to "neoxed"? The way it was on the FlashFXP forum before the merge.

Thanks a lot.

Hi, i have a little problem.
I was registered with same nick "Grendel"
for FlashFXP and ioFTPD before.

now i have 2 Accounts (???)
Account "Grendel" ...I can see all my licenses, but it doesn't let me into the ioFTPD Forum
Account "Grendel_2" ...works with ioFTPD forum, also all threads are registered to this username,
but no downloads working.

Can someone consolidate this to only one account again ?

Thanks
and best regards

Your accounts have been merged. If anyone else needs to have their accounts merged or access to the ioFTPD member areas that they are entitled to please send an email to support (at) inicom.net with information that we can use to make certain the person making the request has a right to the account. Of course, please also send information we can use to find the accounts!

Just an idea but maybe it'd be better for promoting new scripts/scripters by leaving upload access to them world-writable? There were quite some useful ones that popped up from time to time before from different people. And it seems that needing to add people to a special group for it is less of a turnkey solution. Just a thought.

That might be a good idea.. All it would need is someone to moderate the scripts and remove junk.

Should be fairly easy for 'em to manage if they give regular scripters direct access to upload and anyone else uploads to a moderation queue

All, your suggestions will be taken into consideration. We are working quickly to resolve any bugs/merge issues first, then we'll start taking feature requests. In fact, soon I'll make a feature requests thread for the site in general
