schedule time is not right

Hello!
I'm having a problem with the schedule routine..

The default line for ul/dn counters reset is:

Reset           = 0 0 * *               &Reset

Now this should mean that the counters reset @ 0:00 every night.
But they don't.. they reset 2 hours later.

The time of the server is GMT+1, the same as me.
