200--[Nuke]----------------------------------------------------------------------
200- ioA: SHmem didn't work. Exiting

What can I do to fix this error? Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance

Are you running more then one instance of ioFTPD on the same computer? If so, ioA doesn't support that.

Check your Task Manager for the ioFTPD process to determine how many instaces of ioFTPD are running.
